Lee Margaret Ayers
Lee joined Doble Engineering in 2010 as the Solutions Manager for the Asset Risk Management System (ARMS), Smart Grid and Knowledge Services. She has garnered 28 years of experience—including 24 years of providing solutions in the power industry—and is a recognized thought leader with a reputation for innovation. Her recent experience includes a two-year, head-to-toe deployment of a full Smart Grid solution—Xcel Energy's SmartGridCity—where she developed the concept of substations as the Roll-up Report Card for the Smart Grid.
Throughout her career, she has worked closely with utilities and with SCADA (EMS and DMS), DA, Substation, Metering, Smart Grid and GIS vendors desiring to link real-time data to their applications and throughout the corporation. She received national and international awards for the strategic integration of real-time data (2002 and 2003). She is the author of 40 papers and has been a member of IEEE since 1993.

Peter Santiago
Peter joined Doble Engineering in 2011 as the Lead Architect for the Doble Asset Risk Management System (dobleARMS), as well as the backend and middleware developer. Peter�s focus is on leveraging and integrating OSIsoft's solution base as an integral part of driving rich, intuitive and informative thick and thin client applications. Peter has 22 years in the IT industry, having successfully completed large-scale data migrations for the banking industry in Delaware. Peter is recognized for his programming ability, understanding of back-end architecture in both the Unix and Windows environment, and innovative views for front-end design. He has garnered experience and a reputation in dataware house deployment and maintenance strategy. Peter continues to believe in the power of wealth of data, often claiming that "Data is the new soil, and offers a crop of knowledge that transforms flat 2D representation of knowledge into a 3D, and rich experience."
